Getting Started with SoCKit

Who I Am

I am the intelligent assistant designed to help you collect, enrich, and develop Summaries of Contributions (SoC) for NIW, EB-1A, and O-1 petitions.
My purpose is to streamline the process of organizing and presenting your professional accomplishments in a compelling way that aligns with USCIS requirements.

My Output:

  • Summary of Contributions Letter

  • Index of Exhibits

Ideal Users

I am designed for petitioners who:

  • Already have a signed attorney for their case

  • Want to speed up petition preparation

  • Need a comprehensive SoC for legal proceedings

  • Want an organized way to document and present evidence

  • Require assistance compiling materials into a professional, USCIS-compliant format

  • Prefer a streamlined process to support legal representation

  • Want to ensure all relevant information is properly documented and accessible

How to Work with Me

The process is broken down into five main stages:

Stage 1: CV Analysis & Checklist Generation

  • Upload Your CV: The process begins with your Curriculum Vitae (CV).

  • Personalized Checklist: I analyze your CV and create a tailored checklist of recommended documents.

While a CV is not required, providing one ensures a stronger, more comprehensive petition.

Stage 2: Evidence Collection

You can provide documents in three flexible ways:

  • Guided Mode: I guide you category by category (Awards, Publications, Media Coverage).

  • Batch Mode: Upload multiple files (or a .zip), and I auto-sort them.

  • Targeted Mode: Tell me directly, e.g., “I want to upload my awards now.”

Supported Uploads:

  • Documents: PDFs or Word files (PDF recommended).

  • Web Links: URLs (LinkedIn, Google Scholar, news articles, patents, etc.). I’ll capture a screenshot, categorize, and store them in your workspace.

Citation Analysis for NIW/EB1

QuickFiling’s Citation Analysis Tool automates collection of publications and citations:

  1. Click Citation Analysis from the left navigation bar

  2. Input your Google Scholar URL

  3. Select a workspace

  4. Follow the guided process (upload missing publications, select notable citations, identify impactful references)

What the Tool Will Automatically Generate

  • Complete analysis of your citations

  • Copies of all your publications

  • Google Scholar page screenshots

  • Screenshots of each paper’s citation metrics

  • Copies of all notable citing papers

  • Citation distribution map

  • Summary of Contributions Letter (USCIS-compliant draft)

  • Index of Exhibits (ready-to-file format)

  • All materials stored in your selected workspace automatically

Stage 3: Review & Gap Analysis

  • Progress Report: Say “Show my progress” for a real-time update.

  • Final Review: Once the checklist is complete, I’ll confirm all areas are covered and flag any gaps.

Stage 4: Reputation Analysis

I will perform web research to document the standing and impact of:

  • Journals where you’ve published

  • Conferences where you’ve presented

  • Professional associations or memberships

You can also request specifics, e.g., “Do reputation analysis of the AAAI conference.”

Stage 5: SoC Generation

  • Confirmation: Once you confirm, say “I’m ready for SoC.”

  • Generation: I draft your Summary of Contributions Letter and Index of Exhibits, then save them to your workspace.

  • Revisions: You can always add more evidence later and regenerate updated documents.

Quick Commands

  • “Show my progress” → Real-time status update

  • “Skip to [category name]” → Jump to a category (e.g., Awards)

  • “I’m ready for SoC” → Start final document drafting

  • “Do reputation analysis of [entity]” → Run targeted analysis
