Step 1: Create your profile.

Register an account

Click "Get started today" on the top right corner of the official website. Then you will see the login and sign up page. You can click "Sign up" to create a new account using your email and password, or log in with your Google or Dropbox account

Create a Profile with Minimum Information

1. Click "Create Profile"

2. Fill your name

Click "Submit" on the top right corner, to jump to next step.

3. Add your Google Scholar URL

Make sure your Google Scholar page is publicly accessible.

Click "Submit" on every step until you see "your profile is created".

Now you can see the entry point .

Step 2: Add Recommender

  • Click “Add Recommender” button

  • In the popup window, input the profile of the recommender, then click “Add Recommender

  • Click “Generate Recommendation Letter” button

Step 3: Organizer your research work

  • Drag your research papers or patents from column “Uncategorized” to each column on the right side, eg. “The Significance of the problems you solved”, “The National Interests of your research”, “Commercial Value of your research

  • Add new columns if needed by clicking “Add” button in “Add Column” column

  • Click “Confirm” to generate the recommendation letter

Step 4: Check the recommendation letter

  • Click “View on Dropbox” to check the generated recommendation letter
